The Institute of Federalism has edited a general Series since 1976, the special series “Administrative Law” since 1989, the series “Federal Documents” since 1998 and the series “Political Education” since 2000. Moreover, the Institute publishes an Annual Report on the Situation of Federalism in Austria.
- Series: Up to 113 volumes, most of which can be obtained either from a bookseller or the Institute of Federalism, have been published.
- Series “Administrative Law”: Up to 9 volumes, most of which can be obtained from a bookseller or the Institute of Federalism, have been published.
- Federal Documents: Up to 33 volumes, all of which can be obtained from the Institute of Federalism, have been published.
- Political Education: The first edition of this series was “Föderalismus – Bundesstaat – Europäische Union – 25 Grundsätze”. Up to now 8 volumes have been published.
- State constitutions: The Institute of Federalism has published the work of Nikolaus Brandtner / Heidemarie Thalhammer "The state constitutions," including the rules of procedure of the state parliaments in book form. The stand will be updated approximately every two years.
